3. Booking and Payment

Booking

  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, or mobile app
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
  • Booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific vehicle or driver
  • Wait times may vary based on demand and traffic conditions

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or special requests

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before pickup time without charge
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
  • If the vehicle has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather, traffic, or safety concerns

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate pickup and destination information
  • Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Follow all safety instructions
  • Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle
  • Not smoke in the vehicle
  • Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle
  • Wear seatbelts at all times

6. Driver Responsibilities

Our drivers will:

  • Maintain valid licenses and insurance
  • Provide safe and professional service
  • Follow traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain clean and well-maintained vehicles
  • Respect passenger privacy and property

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Our vehicles are fully insured for public hire
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
  • Maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey
